Thank you for shopping with KYNS3D. We want you to love your flexi toys, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your rights and our process for handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 14-day return and refund policy on all eligible items. To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Returns requested after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@kyns3d.com.au or use our Contact Page with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item (if applicable). We will provide instructions on how and where to return your item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your item reaches us.
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will:
- Issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized orders (note: currently KYNS3D does not offer these)
- Items returned damaged due to misuse or improper packaging
- Items returned beyond the 14-day return window
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your order (following the steps above) and place a new order through our store.
