Thank you for shopping with KYNS3D. This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping and delivery of products purchased through our website.

1. Order Fulfilment

At KYNS3D, we currently do not accept custom orders. All products listed in our store are pre-designed and ready for production. We aim to fulfill and dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase. Business days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sundays) or public holidays.

2. Shipping Carrier

We primarily use Australia Post for all our deliveries. Once your order is packed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your order.

3. Delivery Coverage

At this stage, KYNS3D ships to addresses within Australia only. We are actively working to expand our shipping coverage and plan to open deliveries to selected international countries in the near future.

4. Shipping Costs

For all orders under $49 AUD, KYNS3D applies a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99. Spend $49 AUD or more in a single transaction and we’ll automatically upgrade your order to free shipping—anywhere in Australia.

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and applied during checkout based on your total cart value.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your order promptly, delivery timelines may be affected by external factors beyond our control such as carrier delays, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions. KYNS3D is not liable for such delays but will assist you in tracking and resolving shipping issues where possible.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. KYNS3D is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [contact@kyns3d.com.au] within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and Australia Post to resolve the issue in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
